Here are a couple reasons why your case may not fit your phone:

You currently have another case on your phone (such as a silicone case, Otter box case,etc), and may have forgotten to remove this before you inserted your phone into your SafeSleeve.

You may have accidentally ordered the incorrect case. Don’t worry, this happens! We suggest googling your phones model number to ensure you ordered the correct SafeSleeve. If you are not sure how to find the model number for your phone, click here.
If none of the above reasons fixed the issue, no worries!
In order for us to help you resolve this issue in a timely manner, please email support@safesleevecases.com with the following information:
- Your Order Number.
- A picture of your packing slip.
- A picture of the BACK of the case you received (showing the camera hole).
- Your model number.
- If you do not know your model number for your device, click here.
