Order Processing & Shipping
Once your order is placed:
• You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout
• Orders are typically fulfilled by the next business day
• Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and major holidays
• You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email once your order ships
Shipping options and timing:
• Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders
• Priority shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost
• Shipping times vary based on location and product availability
International orders:
• International shipping transit times vary by destination and carrier
• Customs processing may affect delivery timing
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear once the carrier receives the package.
If you do not see tracking right away, please allow some time for the carrier to scan the shipment.
Understanding Pre-Orders
New SafeSleeve products are available as pre-orders.
A pre-order means:
The item is not yet in stock
Your order secures a spot in line
Your order will ship once inventory becomes available
Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page at the time of purchase. These dates are estimates and may shift due to production or shipping factors.
Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order Items)
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items:
The entire order may ship together once all items are available
In some cases, items may ship separately
Shipping details will be communicated via email when available.
Address Changes & Order Updates
If you need to update your shipping address:
Contact our support team as soon as possible
Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped
Delivered but Not Received?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
Check with household members or neighbors
Look around your delivery location, including your mailbox.
