Returns & Exchanges
We want your return or exchange to be as smooth as possible. To help us process your request quickly and accurately, please review the steps below.
Step 1: Start Your Return or Exchange Request
To begin a return or exchange, please provide:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return or exchange (see options below)
Return & Exchange Reasons
- Ordered wrong size/model
- Received wrong item
- Quality – too bulky
- Quality – not as expected
- Meter test results
- Found better pricing
- Gift – no longer needed
- Defective/damaged
- Changed mind – chose a different EMF solution
- Changed mind – no longer interested in EMF protection
- Other (please specify)
If your request involves a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, additional verification may be required.
Step 2: Receive Return Portal Instructions
Once your request is reviewed, instructions will be provided through our Returns Portal.
To complete your request, you may need:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Step 3: Return Your Item
After submitting your request through the portal, please follow the provided return instructions.
We recommend keeping your tracking number for your records and sharing it with us so we can help monitor your return status if needed.
Please note: Refunds for screen protectors are only accepted if they are unused and in their original packaging.
Step 4: Processing & Refunds
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, processing may take up to two weeks.
You will receive confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed.
