We want your return or exchange to be as smooth as possible. To help us process your request quickly and accurately, please review the steps below.
Step 1: Contact Support
Email our support team and let us know you’d like to initiate a return or exchange.

To avoid delays, please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return (select one of the reasons below)
• Ordered wrong size/model
• Received wrong item
• Quality – too bulky
• Quality – not as expected
• Meter test results
• Found better pricing
• Gift – no longer needed
• Defective/damaged
• Changed mind – chose a different EMF solution
• Changed mind – no longer interested in EMF protection
• Other (please specify)
If your return is related to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, additional verification may be required.
Step 2: Receive Portal Instructions
Once your return reason is confirmed, we will provide instructions through our Returns Portal.
You will need:
• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Step 3: Ship Your Item Back
After submitting your request through the portal, follow the provided instructions to ship your item back.
We recommend retaining your tracking number for your records and replying to us with that information so we can monitor your return.
Please note- Refunds will be accepted for screen protectors if they are unused and in the original packaging.
Step 4: Processing
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, processing can take up to two weeks.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed.
